Site audits that don't stop at the report.

SiteRefiner runs ten technical, search and analytics checks on every client site, on a schedule. It explains the results in plain English, then turns the findings into content published back to the site.

Built, in final testing before launch

Most audits end as a PDF.

Audit tools stop at the report. Content tools never see the audit. So the findings sit in a folder while someone rewrites them by hand. SiteRefiner closes that loop in one product.

Checks run when someone remembers

Monthly audits slip. A broken contact form can sit for weeks before the next crawl finds it.

A wall of raw numbers

Clients don't need every warning. They need to know what matters and how they're trending.

No order to the fixes

Without traffic weighting, a typo on a quiet page looks as urgent as a 404 on /contact.

Content written blind

Writers start from a keyword list, not from what the site is actually missing.

Tracking drifts quietly

A Tag Manager draft nobody published. A GA4 tag that fell off the live site.

Paying for clicks you already own

Ads bid on terms the site already ranks for, and on search terms that never convert.

How it works

Schedule the checks

Every site and service keeps its own cadence: daily, weekly, monthly or manual. Run one now, or cancel it mid-flight.

Read it in plain English

SEO Opportunity and Ads runs end in a written report with prioritised recommendations. Ask follow-up questions in the same thread.

Striking-distance queries are the fastest win. 14 queries sit in positions 8 to 20. Lifting the top five onto page one is worth roughly 310 extra clicks a month.

Why did clicks on /emergency-dentist drop?

Fix what matters first

Insights joins every service on a shared page key and ranks pages by health, traffic and visibility, so the first fix is the one that matters.

Publish the content

Findings seed the writing pipeline: profile scan, research, an SEO and GEO brief, write, edit, publish. To the client's CMS, or exported to Word.

Questions

Who is it for?

Agencies and freelance consultants who look after several client sites, and SEO-minded owners with one site that matters. Teams get client folders and roles, from account admin to viewer.

What does SiteRefiner check?

Ten services in four groups. Site health: Site Audit, Page Speed Insights and Link Crawl. Search performance: Search Console, Index Coverage and SEO Opportunity. Analytics and tracking: Google Analytics 4, Conversion Funnel and Tag Manager. Spend and return: Google Ads, read through GA4.

How often do checks run?

Each service runs on its own schedule per site: daily, weekly, monthly or manually. You can start a run now or cancel one mid-flight, and progress is reported page by page.

Where do the written reports come from?

SEO Opportunity and Google Ads runs end in a plain-English report: a headline, prioritised recommendations with impact and effort, and the exact queries and pages involved. Reports are grounded in that run's own data, and you can ask follow-up questions in the same thread.

Where does the content get published?

The pipeline runs from a profile scan through research, an SEO and GEO brief, writing and editing, then publishes to the client's CMS or exports to Word. Pieces are articles of 500 to 800 words, or longer guides.

Who can see a client's data?

Accounts keep each client in its own folder, with five roles from account admin to viewer. Sign-in supports two-factor authentication and passkeys, and admin actions are written to an audit log.
